Shipping Information

How do you ship the product?
We deliver throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia. The products you ordered will be sent to you by express mail. You can get more detailed information 'here'.
How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email within a few business days. By clicking on the link, you will be able to see the carrier, tracking number, delivery time, and the latest status of your order.
Do you ship internationally?

Payment Information

Payment Methods
Cash on delivery – You can pay the full amount of your order when receiving the package, in cash or by card. The price is shown in RSD and includes VAT. Delivery service is not included in the price. Bank transfer – You can pay your order by making a direct payment to the Zen Herba account, with mandatory use of the reference number generated during checkout. Payment can be made via standard payment slip at any post office or bank.
Is online shopping safe?
Yes, it is! We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your data. Our website is continuously maintained to ensure we use up-to-date software. We do not store any sensitive data – all payment information is processed through our payment processor via secure communication channels, and our system stores only the transaction ID provided by the processor.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?
We strive to make the ordering process as simple as possible. You can select the products you want and add them to the cart. When you are done, proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to enter your personal information needed to process your order. Available delivery options with their costs will be shown, as well as payment method options. After that, you will be able to confirm your order. Once you confirm your order and make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will also send you an email once your order is shipped.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Our system allows guest checkout. Keep in mind that you will still need to enter the information required to process your order. Creating an account is free and without any obligations. It allows you to order faster next time, view your order history, or track the status of your orders. We will not send you spam or special offers just because you have an account.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
Our customer support is available Monday–Friday from 8:30 to 17:30, and Saturday–Sunday from 9:30 to 16:30. You can contact us through the contact form or by email. Please keep in mind that email responses may take up to 2 business days (though we usually respond much faster).
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order via the email in which you received your order confirmation, or via the contact form, within one hour of receiving the confirmation.
